Delivery, returns and guarantees

Destinations

Preparation covers 25 EU countries. Current availability of each destination appears below and in the delivery form. Cyprus and Malta remain pending. Overseas and special tax territories, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Åland, are excluded; contact us for any special address.

Charges and timing

Standard delivery is included in displayed tax-inclusive prices for supported destinations. Timing: no more than 14 calendar days after payment, subject to any customer proof approval expressly agreed before ordering. After payment you receive a personal tracking link and shipping information when available.

Damage or defect

Write to bonjour@vocavas.com with your reference and photos if possible. Photos help us resolve the issue; statutory guarantees are not conditional on reporting within 24 or 48 hours. Wait for return instructions; covered defective-goods returns are not charged to you.

Personalised artwork returns

Clearly personalised artworks are excluded from change-of-mind withdrawal rights. Statutory guarantees and conformity remedies remain fully applicable. See the terms of sale for details.
