Using the site, configurator and listening pages.
Access and orders
You can browse without a customer account. Orders are reserved for people with legal capacity to contract. During preopening you can try the configurator but cannot place orders. Purchases are governed by the terms of sale.
Your creation and device
MP3, WAV, M4A and AAC are accepted up to 25 MB, subject to browser decoding support. The waveform is computed on your device. Audio drafts may be stored locally in the browser to support checkout. Clear drafts on a shared device. Upload to the server occurs when you proceed to payment.
Personal links
Do not share your tracking link: it displays order information. Anyone with the listening link can access the sound. No password or additional identification is required for playback. Ask bonjour@vocavas.com to deactivate a compromised link.
Permitted use and availability
Do not attempt to access other people’s files, bypass protections or disrupt the service. Administration is restricted to authorised people. Maintenance interruptions do not remove contractual obligations or customers’ statutory rights.
